Contact Juegos Pucca

There is one way to contact Juegos Pucca and this page explains it. Corrections to our Juegos de Pucca y Garu, vestir, puzles y colorear coverage, questions, and commercial proposals all go to the same place, and below is how to write so that yours gets answered quickly.

Getting in touch

info@juegospucca.org

One inbox, watched by the people who write here. No queue number, no autoresponder, no bot that closes your message after a week.

Beyond what we can do

We cannot recover an account for you, act as a go between with a third party service, or give advice tailored to your personal circumstances. Juegos Pucca publishes general information about Juegos de Pucca y Garu, vestir, puzles y colorear, and the legal notice explains where that line sits.

Who is on the other end

The person who replies is one of the named writers, not a support agent reading from a script. That is slower at busy times and better every other way.

Making it easy to reply to

Two sentences of detail save a week of going back and forth.

• Lead with the question. Context is useful, but not first.
• Paste the address of the page you are writing about, and the sentence that prompted the message.
• If a page looks broken, say which browser and which device, and send a screenshot if you can.

Telling us we made an error

Accuracy complaints jump the queue. Give us the sentence and the correction and skip the apology for complaining. The editorial policy explains what we do from there.

How quickly we answer

Expect a reply inside a couple of working days for most things. Anything that needs verifying first runs slower, on the principle that a late answer beats a confident wrong one.
